The St. Henry Athletic Booster Club is a 510 c (3) entity, and provides aid in improving better athletic facilities and equipment for athletes and community members as well as promoting interests in athletics. Funds obtained through this raffle will assist in the building of the new athletic complex.


Each entrant, by entering the Raffle, agrees to abide by all of the rules and conditions contained herein, as well as all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations, and further agrees to release the St. Henry Althetic Boosters and its members from any and all liability with respect to all aspects of the Raffle including, but not limited to, the selection process. The Raffle is open to any eligible person residing in a country or state where the raffle is not prohibited. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.


The cost to purchase a single entry ticket for the Raffle is $20.00 and is not tax-deductible. Any entrant may purchase more than one ticket. An entrant can enter the Raffle by purchasing a ticket at the St. Henry Picnic and future booster events, or by contacting a booster member. Tickets may also be purchased at a participating local business. Ticket payment can be made by cash or check. If an entrant’s payment is dishonored for any reason, such entrant’s ticket will be declared invalid unless satisfactory payment is made prior to the Raffle drawing. Completed entry ticket forms and money must be in the possession of the St. Henry Athletic Boosters by 7:00 PM on Saturday, Oct 30, 2021. Any entry tickets not returned prior to the stated deadline may be resold the night of the Raffle Drawing. The ticket forms will be handled and recorded on a first come, first served basis. Any ticket forms and payments (including payments previously dishonored) received after closure of the Raffle will be returned to the entrant. Upon receipt of a completed registration form and valid payment, a ticket with assigned drawing number will be issued.


The Prize is a Golf Cart, Options may be added at winner’s sole expense. Pricing for options will be provided by the dealership, Carts & Parts. The winner must negotiate directly will the dealership for any and all options desired. The St. Henry Boosters will not act as agent on behalf of the winner with options. The winner must pick up from Boosters. The winner, at his or her sole expense, may choose to have the vehicle shipped to another location for final delivery. The winner is responsible for making such arrangements. The St. Henry Boosters will not act on behalf of the winner in arranging final transportation. Timing of delivery of the vehicle is at the discretion of designated dealership. The sales tax will be paid on the prize however the winner will be responsible for all other fees. All federal tax withholdings and payments will be remitted to the IRS; and the amount of the winnings, along with the amount of tax withheld will be reported to the winner on Form W-2G. State and local tax will not be withheld from the prize. Winner will be responsible for reporting the prize and paying the tax when filing their individual income tax return.


A maximum of 2500 tickets will be sold. Each ticket represents one chance to win. You may enter as many times as you like. Chances of winning depends on the number of eligible tickets sold. If 2500 tickets are sold, your chance of winning is 1 in 2500.


Winner will be determined by random drawings of all the eligible tickets received by the entry deadline. Winner Need not be present to win,

The St. Henry Athletic Boosters reserves the right to modify the Raffle. If 2500 tickets are not sold by noon on October 30, 2021, The St. Henry Athletic Boosters has the option to modify the Raffle by extending the ticket sales deadline to meet the minimum number of tickets sold.


Winner will be notified by phone, email or by mail based upon the information received on the ticket. Names of winner will be available at the St. Henry Booster website ( Winning entrants agree to allow the St. Henry Athletic Boosters to use their photos, names, likeness and statements made by them regarding the prize for advertising or publicity purposes without compensation. Winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability releases. Failure to do so if requested or if one otherwise fails to comply with these rules and/or to make arrangements to claim his or her prize within thirty (30) days of notification will void the that entry.


More than one name may be listed on a ticket, but the first name listed shall be deemed to be the entrant. Upon notification of winnings the winner will provide social security number, and it must be the entrant. Delivery or payment of any prize shall be made solely to the entrant. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant in a multiple party entry to allocate any such prize among the participants in a multiple party entry.


The decision of the St. Henry Athletic Boosters shall be final in all matters concerning the Raffle. The Raffle is subject to the laws of the State of Ohio. Void where prohibited by law.
